Good evening everyone! Well I am not sure how the weather is where you are, but here it is snowing like mad! It is so beautiful! I just love to watch the snow fall and nestle on the tree limbs and freshen up the already "played in" snow. It just gives the look of hope. Hope that things can renew themselves, and do.
A friend of mine from school posted a very wonderful note about me on his profile page declaring this week Lisa week. He put it so eloquently that I am going to copy and paste it on here so you can read it too. He wrote the following:
"We are approaching one year since Lisa was diagnosed...I am declaring this week as Lisa Klimko Griewisch Week. Get on her website and donate. Nothing heals the soul better than helping others. If you gave before, give again. Her battle is OUR battle, and we are not going to lose. Send this message to all of your ...friends on facebook. She needs us now more than ever, dont let her down. God bless.
"Here is the website http://www.grizbabesteam.com/. Lisa week means taking nothing for granted, love harder, live harder, laugh more, smile more, take stock in what you have not what you desire, if you have your health the glass is not half full, its overflowing. Go to Lisa's website and help out. If you do not know Lisa I can tell you that she is an angel, I wonderfull person and mother of two. If you cant help and angel, well I just feel sorry for yah. Now go to that website and help out. God bless."
Thank you Michael. You have a wonderful heart and I am glad that you are open to sharing it with me and my family.
I am doing well this past week. I have been trying to get my energy back but I just don't think I will be full force anytime soon. At least not until I am totally off of chemo in a couple of years. Like I said before, doing a little everyday is better than not being able to do anything at all. God Bless.
